"Recently all of the windows in my home were replaced by your company and I wanted you to know how very pleased I am. I did not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised and pleased to find that when you told me appointments would be made and kept, they were. The windows look wonderful and my neighbor told me how nice the new windows look. My home has taken on a new look. If one did not know that the windows were being replaced, one would never know the work was done, which brings me to my next and very important point.
The team of three who installed the windows and completed the job were wonderful. Jose, Chris and Jose were very professional in their mannerisms. I have worked with many contractors dealing with him improvements and none could begin to compare with the team sent to do my job. As the men worked, they cleaned up the debris so there was no major mess at the end of the day. As a matter of fact, unless you were watching the work progress, you would never know the work was being done. My front lawn looked as clean at the end of the day as it did prior to the job being started. Jose, Chris and Jose were very polite, courteous, clean and professional in every way possible. Any questions I had regarding the windows were answered, and I was given the proper instructions for unlocking and tilting in the windows for cleaning, how to use the safety locks to allow a limited amount of air to enter and how to properly close and not force the casement window in the kitchen.
I was very pleased and you should be very proud to employ such people. I just wanted you to know how impressed I was with all of those I dealt with at Window King, and will endorse your company to all I speak with when talking about window replacement."

When he rang my doorbell, he said good morning and introduced himself to me. He also noticed that I was having a difficult time removing my brackets so he offered to remove them for me (and they also put them back too!)
